Excellent stay!

attentive staff comfortable bar exact cocktails

I found the staff to be very attentive. The staff took care of us, being very helpful. Sajini from Vistas Rooftop bar was friendly, guiding us to a comfortable bar downstairs. Avantha from Mansion Bar made our cocktails exactly how we wanted them.

I noticed some very slight dirt on the windows during the day.

The hotel has a very good location. I noticed restaurants and the beach are very close. I found the hotel well placed to see many sights, historic sites, gem stores, shopping centers, and cafes.

I enjoyed my room. It was a good sized room in a modern style. The room included a very comfortable bed. The room was very spacious, awesome for comfortable movement.

I found the rooftop bar to be a good place to relax. The infinity pool on the 23rd floor had a beautiful view. I observed the Jacuzzi on the top floor to be very wonderful for relaxation.

amazing experience!

helpful staff accommodating staff central location

the staff in the buffet area were always helpful and friendly! the day staff at reception were very accommodating. i was impressed with the smooth check-in process and the helpfulness of the staff. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

the air vents on the aircon were black and needed cleaning badly! i wish the hotel would address this issue promptly to maintain cleanliness.

i stayed in an executive room sea view that featured comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also had a large window offering fine ocean views.

the rooftop pool was acceptable it provided a space to relax.

the room i booked was not available upon arrival i was offered an upgrade for an extra fee each night this reminded me of a bait and switch tactic the jacuzzi was not working despite being advertised as an amenity i found this quite disappointing

the room was a executive room sea view and very comfortable. i saw wonderful city and ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. the staff was very kind especially at the front desk. it was a amazing experience.
